Small business owners want to focus their energies on running their business and tweaking operational procedures for maximum profit. They have little patience for doing anything else.
As a consultant it’s my job to get in, capture data and pictures of the business while minimizing impact on daily operations. Then delvelop a beta site that meets the owners needs. Once the site is live – give the owner the option to train an employee to take over daily editing operations of their site.
